Amiri Capital’s Shariah Compliant investment funds would come with a dedicated Fatwa issued by some of the world’s leading Shariah scholars. This Fatwa would relate to the fund entity, the means of applying leverage to transactions, and the screening of properties which can be invested in according to the business activities of their tenants.

Amiri Capital’s Shariah Inclined investment funds would not require a Fatwa but would be sensitive to the business activities of the tenants of the properties being invested in.

In 2010 Amiri Capital was responsible for raising a GBP 1bn capital mandate for investment into UK commercial property, which it continues to act as an advisor for.
